Don't put obstacles in the way of meditation. Practice wherever you are, for a second or two.
That being said, when possible go out into your favorite places in nature and allow your love of nature to carry you deeper.
If you are stuck inside, you can think of a favorite place in nature, wherever that is.
Notice, and cherish, all your impulses whatever they are as your body is getting used to the embrace of nature.
When you feel ready, consider this little thought:
"This body is part of nature."
or,
"I am part of nature."
